LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement covers your use of Provox's Space Force - Rogue Universe, its source code, documentation, html output files, images and logos, and executable files. This License Agreement covers the current version of Space Force - Rogue Universe. Provox d.o.o. reserves the right to modify the terms of this License Agreement at any moment, and without prior notification, in future releases of this product.

Space Force - Rogue Universe is Copyright (c) 2006 Provox d.o.o.. You do not own Space Force - Rogue Universe rather Provox d.o.o. grants you the non-exclusive right to use Space Force - Rogue Universe for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not modify, copy, duplicate, reproduce, license or sublicense Space Force - Rogue Universe or any portion thereof, or transfer or convey Space Force - Rogue Universe or any portion thereof or any right in Space Force - Rogue Universe to anyone else without the prior written consent of Provox d.o.o. You may not commercially exploit Space Force - Rogue Universe or use it for any commercial purpose without prior and explicit written permission from Provox d.o.o.

Space Force - Rogue Universe IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY, QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF Space Force - Rogue Universe IS WITH YOU. SHOULD Space Force - Rogue Universe PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE FULL COST OF REPAIR, SERVICING, OR CORRECTION LIES WITH YOU.

PROVOX d.o.o. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND SHALL NOT PAY, ANY AMOUNT OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON LOST REVENUE OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF Space Force - Rogue Universe, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PROVOX d.o.o. WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES IN ADVANCE AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
