I noticed a strange anomaly happening to my screen. Don't remember exacly where but on some map near a blue planet on a particular part of the space that I enter I get this strange colour fill. Half of my screen (right) just get filled from bottom to top with blue clolour with white soft edges. Fills in about 1 second and as soon as I leave that place the affect goes away instantly.

When I get that again I'l make shure I screenshot that so you can see. This happens only on one map and its is of no real problem at all. I get this only for about 5 seconds (since I leave than particular area). The area is small in just plain space.

I run the game with everything maxed exept volumetric fog and Pixel doubling.

My specs are Intel dualcore 3.0
4 gig ram, however windos xp sees only 3.3 gig
Videocard ATI Radeon HD 4870
I run it on 1680 x 1050
locked at 60fps

Also a small question what is Pixel doubling? It seems to only make the game much worse looking (for me). THX Clap

This sounds like that old Pixel Shader 3.0 bug.   I thought this was fixed though, are you using the latest patch?

With those specs you should be fine and just make sure you have latest gfx drivers and SFRU patched to v1.2
Come and check out my website:
