The year was 2015. Earth was changing its natural environment and only winter and summer existed as seasons of the year. These enormous changes caused big waves of migrations from north and south parts of Earth and so the entire human race was gathering on territory in USA, in Central Europe and Central Asia. Because of a new over-populated situation and mixture of different nationalities, a new world order was forming at that time. Conflicts were growing each day and it indicated that problems were turning into a more serious state of emergency. Massive, chaotic wars were rising constantly where humans fought against each other, and weighed out their military forces. That state only caused rapid investments in military industry: aircrafts became more powerful with huge fuel tanks and with a variety of lethal weaponry that were more destructive. At the verge of catastrophe, Earth was suddenly attacked by the unknown species Ord. They took advantage of anarchistic state and considered humans to be their new prey. Over 1, 5 millions of people died at first strike and another 2 millions at next invasion. As politicians and state governments didn’t gather armies and didn’t give any orders on time, all military forces decided to demolish their power and to establish a new kind of chief government. USA military forces were numerically outnumbered and so they decided to create, along with other state’s militaries, a new military alliance called Earth Military Directorate (EMD). This international organization has set new aims: that the whole economy should be only be directed towards improvement of military industry; that new rulers should be eminent commanders chosen by the EMD. Now, only the troops of EMD could defend Earth from further invasions of different species. Till now, no species had ever attacked human race neither had humans any certain knowledge about life forms through space.
EMD needed new recruits so, in order to become as powerful as Ords, they have recruited boys and girls. They got adequate training process and education as well. They were studying subjects like history of ancient strategies, history of advanced weaponry I and II and also had practice in lethal arts. EMD’s slogan was:” Aim justifies the means.” They thought that diplomatic negotiations were an insufficient way to deal with other species and that only force should be a way of communication with enemies. Headquarters of EMD were well hidden throughout the Earth so that hostile species couldn’t detect the roots of all operations.
Till the year 2060, they have finished their best model of battleships that were entirely equipped and well engineered for intergalactic wars. Now they were able to partake in combats against Ords and others. They wanted to expand through the
entire Solar system and beyond. Their first target became colonies of Ords detected in system Goe. In 2080, guided by rage and desire for vengeance, fleet of EMD’s battleships invaded system Goe and slaughtered Ords that were surprised by this intruder. After they had revenged all those that died in the year 2015, EMD forces finally were holding entire Solar system and system Goe as well.
They named one of the colonized planets New Terra and soon it became new economical and military centre of system Goe. EMD’s troops were determined to expand their power forged in wars and through bloodshed. Although all humans had the same aim, there were many of them who thought that violence would only bring more violence. Dissatisfaction with ways of expansion resulted in growth of uncontrolled mutinies over all of New Terra and Earth. EMD didn’t foresee that in time and rebels managed to win over all colonies without any losses. High command of EMD ordered that six divisions should go to restore lost territories and to terminate mutinies to the end. During the mutinies humans gathered and assembled a new organization called United Union Force. It only encouraged many to freely resist the domination of EMD. In the year 2100, UF’s members were separated entirely from Earth through brief and bloody fights. Chief Commander of EMD, Thomas Warden knew that UF’s intention and primary aim was to unite with Earth and to expand their influence there. EMD was constantly attacking system Goe in order to weak UF’s strength but from 2105. UF got new allies- a species called Makkinists. As UF was disagreeing in lots of aspects, Makkinists switched side and united with EMD. Because of that betrayal UF hired lots of mercenaries to infiltrate in EMD lines and started to gather necessary information about plans of attacks and strategically important locations near system Goe. Also mercenaries got assignment to remove all commanding officers that were in charge of those operations. This brought anxiety and rage in EMD but also approval from some who were secretly working for UF for years on. With supporters undercover and mercenaries, UF knew every next step EMD was trying to do and they were always prepared to defend their colonies.
EMD was slowly spreading their power through several systems but some parts of the
galaxy were still unavailable and impregnable because of UF’s power, Ords and mercenaries.
New Chief Commander Ian Greene set new aims: to invade more frequently in system Goe, to totally destroy UF and its allies and to expand in new systems in order to gain more territories and resources. EMD had many new enemies, along with old ones, but somehow during decades of fighting wars against Ords new kind of agreement was set on. Their mutual aim was to destroy UF. Ords never respected those who choose peaceful negotiations rather than battle. For them UF was a disgraceful organization of cowards and they were furious at them because of that. EMD used that to end unnecessary fights against Ords and to win back territory that they considered to be EMDs’ property.
